Fellows’ Programme

Thanks to the generosity of Mr Bjorgolfur Gudmundsson and the Margret Bjorgolfsdottir Memorial Fund, we have been able to invite twelve students and young scholars from Central and Eastern Europe to the meeting. Dr Tom Palmer of Cato Institute has been in charge of the selection process.
Thanks to the generosity of other conference sponsors, especially Icelandair, we have been able to offer some help to nineteen Special Fellows at the meeting.
In addition to the general programme, the Fellows will attend:
A reception 17.30-18.30 on Sunday 21 August, sponsored by IHS and the IEA and hosted by Mr John Blundell
A barbecue on Tuesday night 23 August at the private house of an Icelandic businessman, hosted by Fridbjorn Orri Ketilsson and Thorunn Gunnlaugsdottir
